User Content

We collect only the content necessary to provide app functionality:

• Uploaded images – temporarily stored for processing and automatically deleted after 7 days
• AI-generated images – temporarily stored for up to 24 hours and then automatically deleted
• Account information – email address and name when signing in (e.g., Google login)

We do not collect any other personal content beyond what is required for the app to function.

Device Information

We do not collect device-specific information such as:

• Device model
• Operating system
• App version

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand general app usage and improve performance. This may include:

• Anonymous usage statistics
• App performance metrics
• Crash and error reports

We do not track personal behavior inside the app or individual user actions.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data strictly for the following purposes:

• Providing AI photo editing, enhancement, and generation features
• Processing images using AI models
• Temporarily storing and managing uploaded and generated content

• Maintaining app stability and fixing technical issues

3. Data Storage & Retention

• Uploaded images are stored for up to 7 days, then automatically deleted
• AI-generated images are stored for up to 24 hours, then automatically deleted
• Account data (such as name and email) is used to maintain account functionality and ensure fair usage of the service.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

We may share limited data only with trusted third-party services for the following purposes:

• AI processing services (to generate and enhance images)
• Google Analytics (for usage and performance analysis)
• Legal authorities, if required by applicable law

All third-party providers are required to handle data securely and only for the intended purpose.

5. User Rights

Users may delete their account directly within the app, in which case the email address is retained to prevent misuse of onboarding credits. Users who wish for complete data removal including their email address may contact us directly — full deletion will be processed within 30 days.

6. Children’s Privacy

PIXED is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App or on this page, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly.

8. Credits System

PIXED uses a credit-based system to access certain features, such as AI image generation and advanced effects. Each action (e.g. generating an image or applying certain filters) may consume a specific number of credits.

Users may receive initial credits to explore the App. Additional credits may be obtained through in-app mechanisms if available.

We reserve the right to modify, balance, or adjust the credit system at any time, including the number of credits required per feature and the availability of free credits.

Credits have no real-world monetary value and are used only within the App to access features.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of PIXED (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By using the PIXED mobile application (“App”), you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

PIXED provides AI-powered tools for photo editing, enhancement, and image generation. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the App for illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Attempt to disrupt or misuse the service
• Upload content that violates third-party rights or applicable laws

2. User Content

You retain ownership of the images you upload or generate. By using the App, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing AI features.

• Uploaded images are stored temporarily for up to 7 days
• AI-generated images are stored temporarily for up to 24 hours
• After these periods, content is automatically deleted from our servers

3. Account

To use certain features, you may create an account using email or third-party login (e.g. Google).

• Account data (name and email) is stored - this is used to maintain account integrity and ensure fair usage of the service
• You may delete your account at any time directly from within the App

4. AI Features

PIXED uses advanced AI models to generate and enhance images. You understand and agree that:

• AI-generated results may vary and are not guaranteed to be accurate or perfect
• Outputs are generated automatically based on user input and models
• We are not responsible for how AI-generated content is used by users

5. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services such as:

• AI processing providers
• Analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
• Cloud infrastructure services

These providers may process data only as required to deliver their functionality.

7. Termination

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

• That the App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• That AI results will meet expectations
• That all content will always be available

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App or on this page with an updated date.

11. AI Content Usage Policy

PIXED provides AI-powered tools for image generation and transformation. By using these features, you agree to the following:

• You must not use the AI tools to generate illegal, harmful, abusive, or misleading content.
• You must not generate content that violates any applicable laws or third-party rights.
• You must not attempt to create or request content that is violent, explicit, hateful, or otherwise prohibited.
• We reserve the right to block prompts, limit access, or suspend accounts that misuse the AI system or violate these Terms.

AI-generated content is produced automatically based on user input, and we do not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, or legality of generated results. We may also moderate, block, or restrict prompts that violate these Terms.

You can delete your account in two ways:

Option 1 — Delete directly in the app

Go to Settings → Delete Account.

Your entire data will be removed. Your email address will be retained solely to prevent misuse of free onboarding credits, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Option 2 — Full deletion via email request

Contact us at contact@pixed.art with subject "Account Deletion Request". We will permanently remove your account including your email address and all associated data.
